BUILT FOR THOSE WHO CARRY THE WORLD

We don't get to choose everything we'll encounter along the way. The terrain changes. Plans change. Sometimes the path we thought we were on disappears altogether. What we can control is what we build in the present.

Three Block Solutions is grounded in three principles—Resilience, Adaptability, and Courage. Together, they create a foundation for navigating uncertainty, staying connected to purpose, and continuing forward when the road ahead changes.

MEET KEN TWOREK

Lived experience

Professional expertise

A commitment to what happens next

For nearly two decades, law enforcement wasn't just Ken's career—it was part of who he was. Then, in 14 seconds, everything changed.

After surviving an ambush and career-ending injuries, Ken was forced to confront resilience from a perspective no classroom could teach. Today, he combines that lived experience with clinical training and professional expertise to help First Responders, leaders, and organizations navigate the realities of the work—and what comes next.
