Ken Tworek is a Medal of Valor recipient, retired police officer, and is the founder of Three Block Solutions LLC, a consulting and training agency committed to empowering law enforcement professionals and other high-stress occupations to lead with resilience, adaptability, and courage.

With over 18 years of service as a police officer—including frontline patrol and SWAT operations—Ken’s career was abruptly transformed after he survived a life-threatening ambush. That moment didn’t just change his path—it deepened his mission to serve the profession beyond polyester and Kevlar. He now works to strengthen the people and organizations who dare to be extraordinary.

Ken holds a Master of Social Work from Aurora University and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). His unique background allows him to bridge tactical leadership with clinical mental health, offering a well-rounded, experience-driven approach to consulting. His work focuses on building resilient leadership, reshaping culture, improving wellness, and guiding professionals through personal and organizational growth.
