Wellness IS

Tactical Readiness

Training & Workshops

Practical training on trauma, wellness, and leadership for the people doing the work—and the leaders responsible for them.

First responders process information and make life-changing decisions in the blink of an eye. Even the best equipment is only as effective as the person making the call.

My training brings together 18.5 years in law enforcement, lived experience, research, and clinical insight. We examine how trauma and accumulated stress affect thinking, performance, relationships, and leadership—and what individuals and agencies can do about it.

The conversations are candid, practical, and grounded in the realities of the job.
